Et pour les deux parties, il ne s&rsquo;agit pas seulement d&rsquo;\u00e9couter et de comprendre, mais aussi d&rsquo;agir si n\u00e9cessaire et peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame de changer un comportement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le feedback doit \u00eatre une conversation \u00e0 double sens.&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici 4 \u00e9tapes faciles que les managers peuvent suivre pour cr\u00e9er une conversation de feedback efficace avec les employ\u00e9s :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li>Demandez \u00e0 l&#8217;employ\u00e9 ce qu&rsquo;il a fait de bien. Encouragez-le \u00e0 donner des d\u00e9tails.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vous (le manager) ajoutez un commentaire \u00e0 ce que l&#8217;employ\u00e9 a fait de bien. Incluez des exemples.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demandez \u00e0 l&#8217;employ\u00e9 ce qu&rsquo;il fera diff\u00e9remment la prochaine fois. Profitez de cette occasion pour que l&#8217;employ\u00e9 se fixe ses propres objectifs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le manager sugg\u00e8re de mani\u00e8re constructive ce qu&rsquo;il\/elle devrait faire diff\u00e9remment la prochaine fois, et donne des conseils pour d\u00e9velopper des objectifs qui aideront l&#8217;employ\u00e9 \u00e0 atteindre ses buts.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9tapes 1 et 2 permettent de renforcer la confiance de l&#8217;employ\u00e9. Les \u00e9tapes trois et quatre permettent de renforcer les comp\u00e9tences des employ\u00e9s en fixant des objectifs. Les quatre \u00e9tapes permettent de cr\u00e9er un employ\u00e9 confiant, orient\u00e9 vers les objectifs et engag\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La clart\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les niveaux&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la direction de l\u2019entreprise, il est donc important de pr\u00e9ciser les buts et les objectifs de la communication et de sp\u00e9cifier ce que l&rsquo;on attend des managers.
