C&rsquo;est une immersion totale, qui repr\u00e9sente peut-\u00eatre l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience supr\u00eame, employant les \u00e9motions au service de la performance et de l&rsquo;apprentissage. Dans le <em>flow<\/em>, les \u00e9motions ne sont pas seulement contenues et canalis\u00e9es, mais en pleine coordination avec la t\u00e2che s&rsquo;accomplissant. Le \u00ab bore-out \u00bb est un \u00e9tat de Flow \u00ab invers\u00e9 \u00bb, car il est \u00e9teint toute motivation.
