De la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on, tout le monde sans distinction se retrouve dans les locaux de l\u2019entreprise sans que l\u2019on se pose la question de la provenance g\u00e9ographique des collaborateurs.&nbsp; Le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail en s\u2019imposant depuis le premier confinement comme un nouveau mode de travail durable invite \u00e0 une r\u00e9flexion de fond sur les conditions de travail \u00e0 cr\u00e9er pour assurer une \u00e9quit\u00e9 entre les travailleurs en pr\u00e9sentiel et ceux \u00e0 distance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ce qui concerne la question de la provenance g\u00e9ographique des t\u00e9l\u00e9travailleurs, une commission Britannique a publi\u00e9 un rapport sur la mobilit\u00e9 sociale et le travail \u00e0 domicile qui exhorte les employeurs \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0garantir une main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre g\u00e9ographiquement diversifi\u00e9e, non seulement en recrutant \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de leur si\u00e8ge physique, mais aussi en mettant en place des modalit\u00e9s de travail flexibles appropri\u00e9es\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon le rapport, l&rsquo;augmentation du travail \u00e0 domicile promet de r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me de la disparit\u00e9 de carri\u00e8re entre ceux qui \u00ab\u00a0restent\u00a0\u00bb et ceux qui \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9m\u00e9nagent\u00a0\u00bb, car les travailleurs \u00e0 domicile peuvent rester dans leur ville natale tout en ayant acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des emplois \u00e0 Londres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le r\u00e9sultat est favorable car de nombreuses entreprises ont appris et r\u00e9alis\u00e9es, au cours des derniers mois, qu&rsquo;elles pouvaient fonctionner correctement avec leurs employ\u00e9s travaillant \u00e0 partir de diff\u00e9rents endroits malgr\u00e9 la crise sanitaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La comparaison des conditions de travail en entreprise et \u00e0 domicile r\u00e9v\u00e8le en revanche de graves disparit\u00e9s qu\u2019il convient de gommer pour la performance professionnelle et le bien-\u00eatre des collaborateurs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"inegalites-liees-au-teletravail-et-injustice-entre-teletravailleurs-dans-l-entreprise\">In\u00e9galit\u00e9s li\u00e9es au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et injustice entre t\u00e9l\u00e9travailleurs dans l\u2019entreprise.&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>42% des t\u00e9l\u00e9travailleurs ne disposent pas d\u2019espace de travail d\u00e9di\u00e9 et ce pourcentage monte \u00e0 72% parmi les femmes cadre (t\u00e2ches domestiques parentales, t\u00e2ches m\u00e9nag\u00e8res), mettant en exergue les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s homme-femme.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Autres in\u00e9galit\u00e9s li\u00e9es au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail : Les probl\u00e8mes de wifi sont extr\u00eamement perturbants et frustrants et la connectivit\u00e9 reste un probl\u00e8me majeur pour ceux qui travaillent \u00e0 domicile.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au bureau, tous les employ\u00e9s ont acc\u00e8s au m\u00eame haut d\u00e9bit, au m\u00eame \u00e9quipement, au m\u00eame espace et m\u00eame \u00e0 des snacks et du caf\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais la diff\u00e9rence entre les espaces domicile-bureau des employ\u00e9s varie \u00e9norm\u00e9ment et cr\u00e9e une injustice entre salari\u00e9s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quiconque partage son espace de travail \u00e0 domicile sait \u00e0 quel point il est \u00e9puisant de \u201cnaviguer\u201d entre les appels vid\u00e9o professionnels et ceux des colocataires ou autres membres de la famille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un environnement de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail chaotique est mentalement \u00e9puisant et affecte la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 faire du bon travail.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les appels vid\u00e9o permettent aux gens de participer \u00e0 des r\u00e9unions, quel que soit l&rsquo;endroit o\u00f9 ils se trouvent, mais pour ceux qui n&rsquo;ont pas une belle biblioth\u00e8que pour former la toile de fond de leur appel Zoom, cela peut \u00eatre embarrassant lorsque leurs clients ou coll\u00e8gues regardent dans leur maison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certains patrons sont \u00e9galement soup\u00e7onn\u00e9s par leurs \u00e9quipes d&rsquo;utiliser les appels vid\u00e9o pour obliger leurs employ\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0pointer\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 certaines heures. Elles doivent donner aux employ\u00e9s une plus grande autonomie sur leurs journ\u00e9es de travail et \u00e9viter le \u00ab\u00a0face-\u00e0-face num\u00e9rique\u00a0\u00bb, afin que les personnes ayant des vies diverses aient plus de souplesse pour adapter le travail \u00e0 leurs besoins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elles devraient \u00e9galement investir dans des outils de travail \u00e0 distance, par exemple des amplificateurs wifi, des \u00e9crans ou des fournitures de bureau pour la maison. 1 travailleur sur 2 le souhaite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les entreprises pourraient \u00e9galement proposer une formation aux outils num\u00e9riques afin que les personnes ayant moins d\u2019aisance avec la technologie ne se sentent pas exclus et r\u00e9duire ainsi les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s t\u00e9l\u00e9travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, cela rel\u00e8ve de leur responsabilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9finir des lignes directrices autour des appels vid\u00e9o. Par exemple, encourager plus d&rsquo;appels t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques au lieu d&rsquo;appels vid\u00e9o inutiles et gourmands en wifi ou de proposer une r\u00e8gle visant au respect et au droit de chacun de pouvoir choisir d&rsquo;adopter un arri\u00e8re-plan virtuel sur Zoom (l\u2019objectif de cette mesure est de bannir les questions g\u00eanantes sur ce sujet). Peut-\u00eatre qu&rsquo;avec le temps, les entreprises pourront installer des bureaux satellites afin que les gens aient toujours un espace pour travailler.
