Toutes ces pratiques permettront de limiter les risques d\u2019\u00e9puisement professionnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En plus de cela, le monde du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail donne l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;\u00eatre plus surveill\u00e9. 39% des travailleurs \u00e0 distance d\u00e9clarent qu&rsquo;ils s&rsquo;inqui\u00e8tent de voir leur entreprise suivre leur emploi du temps et d\u00e9clarent qu&rsquo;ils font parfois semblant de travailler parce qu&rsquo;on attend d&rsquo;eux qu&rsquo;ils soient connect\u00e9s \u00e0 tout moment.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En l&rsquo;absence de v\u00e9ritables signaux de d\u00e9connexion, et face \u00e0 l&rsquo;inqui\u00e9tude de voir leur emploi du temps surveiller, les employ\u00e9s ont du mal \u00e0 sortir de cet \u00e9tat d&rsquo;esprit de permanence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9quilibrer ses responsabilit\u00e9s personnelles et professionnelles pour r\u00e9duire le risqu\u00e9 de burnout<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La plupart des gens ont du mal \u00e0 concilier travail et vie priv\u00e9e. Pour y rem\u00e9dier, il est possible de planifier des activit\u00e9s personnelles et ses passe-temps favoris afin d&rsquo;avoir quelque chose de sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 faire pendant son temps personnel.
