Exercice de communication consciente&nbsp;: L\u2019Observation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Un manager doit rester objectif lorsqu&rsquo;il observe un conflit et faire explicitement la distinction entre jugement et observation. Exercice de communication consciente&nbsp;: Exprimer ce que l\u2019on veut et ce que l\u2019on ressent<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La communication non violente propose un sc\u00e9nario simple pour g\u00e9rer les conflits et pour d\u00e9samorcer les tensions \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide des quatre amorces de phrases suivantes : \u00ab\u00a0Quand\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0Je ressens\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0Parce que j&rsquo;ai besoin\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0Par cons\u00e9quent, je voudrais\u00a0\u00bb. Voici comment cela fonctionne :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une mauvaise communication manque g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de clart\u00e9 et de contenu. C&rsquo;est pourquoi les exercices de communication non violente demandent explicitement de dire ce qui se passe et de d\u00e9crire ce que l\u2019on ressent.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par exemple : Si un collaborateur arrive toujours en retard aux r\u00e9unions, son manager peut entamer la conversation de cette fa\u00e7on: \u00ab\u00a0Quand tu arrives en retard, j&rsquo;ai l&rsquo;impression que tu n&rsquo;accordes pas d&rsquo;importance \u00e0 mon temps\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si un collaborateur ne respecte pas une \u00e9ch\u00e9ance, le chef de projet peut ainsi aborder le probl\u00e8me de cette mani\u00e8re : \u00ab\u00a0Lorsque tu ne respectes pas nos engagements, j&rsquo;ai l&rsquo;impression que je ne peux pas compter sur toi pour notre projet.\u00a0\u00bb Relier une action \u00e0 un sentiment permet d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir un lien entre ce qui se passe et la sensibilit\u00e9 de l\u2019interlocuteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Exercice de communication consciente&nbsp;: Traduire ses \u00e9motions en action&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Se mettre d&rsquo;accord sur les actions concr\u00e8tes \u00e0 entreprendre pour r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me est souvent l&rsquo;\u00e9tape la plus difficile, car il faut trouver un \u00e9quilibre entre les besoins des deux parties et agir comme m\u00e9diateur jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;un compromis soit trouv\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur l\u2019exemple pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, avec un coll\u00e8gue qui arrive toujours en retard aux r\u00e9unions : le manager pourrait ajouter \u00ab\u00a0J&rsquo;ai besoin de sentir que le temps que nous avons ensemble est important, et j&rsquo;aimerais donc que tu sois ponctuel quand nous avons rendez-vous\u00a0\u00bb . Il y a peu de place pour la confusion ou le malentendu, car la communication non violente relie une situation \u00e0 un sentiment, puis un besoin \u00e0 une action. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une feuille de route pour les interactions autant que pour les r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu&rsquo;en est-il du coll\u00e8gue qui n&rsquo;a pas respect\u00e9 le d\u00e9lai essentiel ? Une personne pratiquant l&rsquo;approche de Rosenberg dira probablement : \u00ab\u00a0Lorsque tu ne respectes pas nos d\u00e9lais, j&rsquo;ai l&rsquo;impression de ne pas pouvoir compter sur toi pour notre projet\u00a0\u00bb, puis ajoutera : \u00ab\u00a0J&rsquo;ai besoin de sentir que je peux te faire confiance dans ce partenariat, et de savoir que tu respectes les \u00e9ch\u00e9ances\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les conflits sont souvent li\u00e9s \u00e0 une mauvaise communication et le fait de se connecter avec clart\u00e9, humanit\u00e9 et humilit\u00e9 peut ouvrir la voie \u00e0 des relations professionnelles plus compatissantes, empathiques et productives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le point de vue d\u2019Actistress sur la communication non violente<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La communication non-violente aura d\u2019autant plus de difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 s\u2019installer dans la vie d\u2019une personne que cette personne sera stress\u00e9e.
