{"id":2504,"date":"2021-02-28T17:14:15","date_gmt":"2021-02-28T16:14:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/actistress.com\/?p=2504"},"modified":"2021-02-28T17:14:16","modified_gmt":"2021-02-28T16:14:16","slug":"se-reconstruire-apres-un-burnout","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/actistress.com\/fr\/magazine\/burnout\/se-reconstruire-apres-un-burnout\/","title":{"rendered":"Comment se reconstruire apr\u00e8s un burn out"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>L&rsquo;impact consid\u00e9rable de <a href=\"https:\/\/actistress.com\/fr\/magazine\/burnout\/burn-out-au-travail-prevenir-lepuisement-physique-emotionnel-et-mental\/\">l&rsquo;\u00e9puisement professionnel dans le monde du travail<\/a> d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui rend n\u00e9cessaire la mise en place de mesures de pr\u00e9vention dans les organisations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9finition du Burn Out<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Burn Out ou syndrome d&rsquo;\u00e9puisement professionnel se caract\u00e9rise par des sympt\u00f4mes de stress, de fatigue et d&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon l&rsquo;Organisation mondiale de la sant\u00e9 (OMS), l&rsquo;\u00e9puisement professionnel est un syndrome r\u00e9sultant d&rsquo;un stress chronique li\u00e9 au travail, dont <a href=\"https:\/\/actistress.com\/fr\/magazine\/blog\/burn-out-au-travail-reconnaitre-prevenir-et-soigner\/\">les sympt\u00f4mes<\/a> se caract\u00e9risent par <em>\u00ab\u00a0un sentiment d&rsquo;\u00e9puisement ou de manque d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie ; une distance mentale accrue par rapport \u00e0 son travail, ou un sentiment de n\u00e9gativisme ou de cynisme li\u00e9 \u00e0 son travail ; et une efficacit\u00e9 professionnelle r\u00e9duite\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019HAS (Haute Autorit\u00e9 de Sant\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise) apporte une seconde d\u00e9finition : le Burn Out serait un \u00ab <em>\u00e9puisement physique, \u00e9motionnel et mental qui r\u00e9sulte d\u2019un investissement prolong\u00e9 dans des situations de travail exigeantes sur le plan \u00e9motionnel<\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est d\u00e9sormais reconnu que le Burn Out touche tous les types de professions et tous les niveaux de responsabilit\u00e9s manag\u00e9riales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De nombreux facteurs peuvent conduire \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9puisement professionnel, et cela peut varier d&rsquo;une personne \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre.
