L\u2019accumulation du stress caus\u00e9 par ces situations entraine un effondrement physique, \u00e9motionnel et psychique dont la dur\u00e9e varie d\u2019une personne et d\u2019une situation \u00e0 l\u2019autre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Burn Out D\u00e9finition<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe deux d\u00e9finitions du burnout selon qu\u2019elle vient de l\u2019OMS ou de l\u2019HAS (haute autorit\u00e9 de sant\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Celle de l\u2019Oms d\u00e9crit le burnout comme \u00ab <em>un syndrome [\u2026] r\u00e9sultant d\u2019un stress chronique au travail qui n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00e9r\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s <\/em>\u00bb. L\u2019HAS (Haute Autorit\u00e9 de Sant\u00e9) parle elle d\u2019un \u00ab <em>\u00e9puisement physique, \u00e9motionnel et mental qui r\u00e9sulte d\u2019un investissement prolong\u00e9 dans des situations de travail exigeantes sur le plan \u00e9motionnel <\/em>\u00bb. Il est int\u00e9ressant de noter que l\u2019approche fran\u00e7aise se focalise sur les causes du burnout et ses cons\u00e9quences sur la sant\u00e9&nbsp;; l\u2019approche anglo-saxonne se focalise elle beaucoup plus sur l\u2019id\u00e9e que le burnout li\u00e9 au stress chronique n\u2019est pas une fatalit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour autant, les cons\u00e9quences peuvent \u00eatre terribles (cons\u00e9quences humaines bien s\u00fbr, mais aussi <a href=\"https:\/\/actistress.com\/fr\/magazine\/burnout\/stress-au-travail-consequences-economiques\/\">cons\u00e9quences \u00e9conomiques<\/a>) et les personnes touch\u00e9es d\u00e9crivent un accablement, une d\u00e9motivation et un \u00e9puisement profonds leur rendant impossible la prise de d\u00e9cision et l\u2019envie d\u2019avancer ou de se projeter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est tr\u00e8s important de traiter l\u2019\u00e9puisement professionnel d\u00e8s l\u2019apparition des premiers signes, mais encore faut-il les connaitre et savoir les identifier \u00e0 temps avant qu\u2019ils ne nuisent \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/actistress.com\/fr\/magazine\/conseils-pratiques\/enjeux-qualite-de-vie-au-travail\/\">la qualit\u00e9 de vie en entreprise<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reconnaitre les signes de l&rsquo;\u00e9puisement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le parcours est long avant que l\u2019\u00e9puisement professionnel ne soit visible. Le ressenti des personnes atteintes est une forme de d\u00e9shumanisation et une incapacit\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e \u00e0 faire face aux situations simples du quotidien. Il s\u2019ensuit souvent un cynisme croissant et un d\u00e9sint\u00e9r\u00eat profond pour les autres et les \u00e9v\u00e8nements de la vie courante. Les signes les plus fr\u00e9quents tant psychologiques que physiques sont&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Une d\u00e9motivation constante par rapport au travail et \u00e0 la t\u00e2che non accomplie&nbsp;;<\/li><li>Une Irritabilit\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e et une humeur changeante de plus en plus fr\u00e9quentes. Cela peut \u00eatre par un sentiment d\u2019\u00e9chec entrainant un changement flagrant de la personnalit\u00e9. Cette d\u00e9personnalisation, bien connue des sp\u00e9cialistes, impacte les dimensions familiales et professionnelles de la personne touch\u00e9e.<\/li><li>Un comportement cynique et un sentiment constant de frustration. Le cynisme est une d\u00e9fense face \u00e0 l\u2019impossibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9aliser la t\u00e2che demand\u00e9e alors que tant d\u2019\u00e9nergie est d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e. Elles peuvent alors retransmettre aux \u00e9quipes qu\u2019elles dirigent une forte pression si l\u2019organisation du travail n\u2019est pas \u00e0 la hauteur des objectifs \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser&nbsp;;<\/li><li>Les fonctions subalternes sont plut\u00f4t confront\u00e9es aux cons\u00e9quences d\u2019une d\u00e9sorganisation du travail et d\u2019un management maladroit, mal-pr\u00e9par\u00e9, d\u00e9pass\u00e9 ou sous-pression g\u00e9n\u00e9rant risques psycho-sociaux et mal-\u00eatre au travail.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les seconds sont li\u00e9s \u00e0 un \u00e9puisement neuro-physiologique (neuro-m\u00e9diateurs) d\u00fbs en premier \u00e0 un \u00e9puisement physique, biologique et nerveux qui d\u00e9bouche sur un \u00e9puisement \u00e9motionnel, cognitif et psychologique. Ce type de burnout touche les fonctions de direction qui choisissent leurs objectifs et sont \u00e0 l\u2019aise dans leurs m\u00e9tiers. Ils choisissent donc leur charge de travail. L\u2019\u00e9puisement physique et biologique est surtout d\u00fb \u00e0 un exc\u00e8s de travail, un manque de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration et une hygi\u00e8ne de vie qui n\u2019est pas adapt\u00e9e au rythme de vie (trop de nourriture, d\u2019alcool, manque de sommeil, s\u00e9dentarit\u00e9\u2026). D\u2019un point de vue physiologique, il se construit autour d\u2019un emballement du syst\u00e8me nerveux qui ne sait plus se mettre sur pause, entraine une surproduction du cortisol qui va de pair avec un effondrement des neuro-m\u00e9diateurs et un affaiblissement de fond du syst\u00e8me immunitaire. C\u2019est ce type de burnout que nous prenons en charge via <a href=\"https:\/\/actistress.com\/la-methode-actistress\/\">la m\u00e9thode Actistress<\/a>.
