L\u2019approche fran\u00e7aise se focalise sur les causes du burnout et ses cons\u00e9quences sur la sant\u00e9 de l\u2019individu qui deviennent des signes d\u2019appel. Le soutien d\u2019un psychiatre, d\u2019un psychologue ou d\u2019un psychoth\u00e9rapeute est requis si la personne a besoin de faire un point sur les fragilit\u00e9s qu\u2019elles portent et qui ont pu faire le lit au stress chronique et pr\u00e9cipiter son \u00e9tat d\u2019\u00e9puisement physique, \u00e9motionnel, nerveux et psychologique. Cela peut l\u2019aider \u00e0 prendre du recul pour mieux g\u00e9rer son stress, \u00e0 faire baisser son anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et le stress chronique qu\u2019elle subit.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Les pratiques couramment recommand\u00e9es en plus du soutien psychologique sont le repos, la bonne alimentation, la pratique sportive et des grandes r\u00e8gles de gestion du stress \u00e0 la maison et de gestion du stress au travail si la personne n\u2019est pas arr\u00eat\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Ces grandes r\u00e8gles sont&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Apprendre de nouvelles habitudes (\u00catre plus positif, prendre du recul, mieux s\u2019organiser et g\u00e9rer son temps, moins procrastiner)<\/li>\n<li>Apprendre \u00e0 adopter une attitude positive, \u00e0 g\u00e9rer le temps et \u00e0 mieux s\u2019organiser<\/li>\n<li>Savoir alerter ses coll\u00e8gues et son N+1 quand le niveau de stress aigu et de stress chronique devient trop \u00e9lev\u00e9 et s\u2019autoriser \u00e0 avoir des limites<\/li>\n<li>Bien s\u2019entourer affectivement et professionnellement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019approche Actistress&nbsp;: Activez le bon stress pour pr\u00e9venir le stress chronique et sortir du burnout plus rapidement<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Les approches classiques du burnout mettent donc majoritairement en avant l\u2019\u00e9puisement physique, \u00e9motionnel et mental qui r\u00e9sulte d\u2019un investissement prolong\u00e9 dans des situations de travail exigeantes sur le plan \u00e9motionnel (cf D\u00e9finition du minist\u00e8re du travail fran\u00e7ais). Seules les dispositions psychologiques, \u00e9motionnelles ou professionnelles (niveau de comp\u00e9tences, latitude d\u00e9cisionnelle, charge de travail, soutien des coll\u00e8gues, sens attribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la tache) sont mises en avant comme moyen d\u2019adaptation. C\u2019est un syndrome g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u2019adaptation biologique et physiologique qui se d\u00e9clenche face \u00e0 une situation qui nous d\u00e9passe. C\u2019est une r\u00e9action normale qui s\u2019apparente \u00e0 un effort musculaire, cardiovasculaire et biologique intense et soutenu avec des r\u00e9percussions physiques, \u00e9motionnelles et psychologiques dont l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, l\u2019hyper-\u00e9motivit\u00e9&nbsp;, l\u2019\u00e9puisement, l\u2019irritabilit\u00e9 sont des marqueurs avanc\u00e9s. De m\u00eame, \u00e0 la fin de la journ\u00e9e, c\u2019est encore l\u2019animal qui doit dormir pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer. Ce n\u2019est pas juste une t\u00eate que l\u2019on met sur OFF quand on le d\u00e9cide.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Le burnout intervient quand le corps est all\u00e9 au bout de l\u2019effort provoqu\u00e9 par le stress chronique et que l\u2019\u00e9puisement neuro-hormonal et biologique associ\u00e9 emp\u00eache toute r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration. Il faut savoir \u00ab d\u00e9brancher \u00bb le syst\u00e8me nerveux qui est satur\u00e9 par le stress chronique subi.
